Message	I would like to have Xenon HID lights in my car. Ultimate Z sells the 1999 XENON HID headlights for $1,500. I also did a few searches on the forum and on ebay and i found "HID KITS" for around $200 Do i need to get the $1,500 healights to get HIDS on my 90 tt? or could i get the $200 HID Kit and take out the bulb i have now and install the kit? If i could do both what is the difference?
